First, dissolve the beef bouillon in water inside a mixing bowl. Stir in the minced garlic, cayenne, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Add the sirloin cubes and toss thoroughly to coat every piece. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours—the longer, the better. When ready to cook, preheat your grill to high heat. Thread the marinated beef onto the soaked skewers, about 6 to 8 pieces per skewer. Pour the vegetable oil onto a plate and roll each skewer to lightly coat all sides. This helps prevent sticking and encourages a nice char. Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook, turning them frequently with tongs. I find that consistent turning gives that perfect even sear. Grill until the beef turns light pink in the center, roughly 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let them rest a moment before serving. This simple method delivers tender, spicy beef every time.
