Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large pot, cover the chicken breasts with water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 25 minutes until the chicken is fully done and the juices run clear. Once cooked, I drain the chicken and shred it with two forks while it's still warm—it makes the job much easier. Return the empty pot to the stove, add the wing sauce and butter, and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes so the flavors meld. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly across the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish. Pour the chicken mixture over the cream cheese, then drizzle the blue cheese dressing on top. Bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately with your favorite keto-friendly dippers.
