Ingredients
- teaspoon ground cumin
- teaspoon ground coriander seed
- teaspoon ground ginger
- teaspoon ground cinnamon
- teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- /4 teaspoon kosher salt
- pound ground turkey
Instructions

Step 1
I start by preheating my oven to 450°F and giving a baking sheet a light coat of nonstick spray. Then, in a small bowl, I whisk together the cumin, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, and salt—this aromatic blend will do wonders. Next, I crumble the ground turkey into a large bowl and slowly work in the spice mixture with my hands until it’s evenly distributed

Step 2
it’s important to mix gently to keep the meat tender. Once the seasoning is incorporated, I divide the mixture into eight equal portions. On a clean surface, I roll each portion into a tube shape, like a small sausage. Now, for the best texture, I heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat it with nonstick spray. I carefully place the turkey tubes in the skillet, turning them frequently, until they develop a beautiful golden-brown crust on all sides. This step adds depth of flavor. Finally, I transfer the browned turkey dogs to the prepared baking sheet and pop them into the oven. They need just about 6 minutes to cook through while staying juicy. Serve them with your favorite low-carb sides.
