Meanwhile, cook the frozen Brussels sprouts according to the package directions—usually a quick steam in the microwave or a brief boil on the stove. Drain them well, as excess water can dilute the seasoning. In a large bowl, toss the hot sprouts with melted butter, garlic salt, onion powder, and dried oregano. I find it helpful to taste and adjust the salt if needed, since bacon adds saltiness. Transfer the seasoned sprouts to a serving dish and scatter the bacon crumbles generously over the top. The heat from the sprouts will slightly warm the bacon, releasing that irresistible aroma. Serve right away for the best contrast of tender sprouts and crunchy bacon.
