Step 1
Start by cooking the frozen broccoli according to the package directions until just tender, then drain it well and set aside to cool slightly. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, yogurt, and chopped green onions until smooth. Lay out the turkey slices on a clean surface and place a slice of Swiss cheese on each. I spoon about a tablespoon of the creamy mixture onto every cheese-topped slice, spreading it out gently. Arrange a few broccoli spears lengthwise near one edge of each turkey slice, then roll them up tightly, making sure the seam stays on the bottom. Transfer the roll-ups, seam-side down, into a greased microwave-safe dish—I use an 11x7-inch one for a snug fit. Microwave uncovered on high for one to two minutes, just until the cheese melts and the center is warm. Top with any remaining sauce and enjoy while hot.
