First, I set the steak on a plate and drizzle it with olive oil, then massage in the meat tenderizer and steak seasoning. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors. Meanwhile, I get the grill roaring hot. Once ready, I oil the grate and lay the steak down carefully. I grill for about 4 minutes per side for a beautiful medium-rare, but adjust to your liking. Let it rest a few minutes before slicing to keep all the juices locked in.
