Ingredients
- tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- /2 teaspoons sour cream
- /4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- dash garlic powder
- slices thinly sliced deli turkey
- tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Instructions

Step 1
I start by combining the blue cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and well blended—the cream cheese needs to be softened for easy spreading. Lay the turkey slices flat on a clean surface. Divide the cheese mixture equally and spread it over each slice, leaving a narrow border at the edges. Starting from one long side, gently roll up each slice to form a tight log. Wrap each roll individually in plastic wrap to hold its shape. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the filling to set

Step 2
this makes slicing much cleaner. Once chilled, unwrap the rolls and use a sharp knife to cut each log into 1-inch rounds. I like to dip one cut end of each piece into the minced parsley for a fresh, colorful finish. Serve immediately while the flavors are bright and the texture is perfect.
