In a large bowl, whisk together the steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Montreal seasoning, tequila, lime juice, and lime zest until well blended. Add the ground beef and gently mix everything with your hands until just combined — overworking can make the burgers tough. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties, pressing a slight indent in the center of each to help them cook evenly. Place the patties on the hot grill and cook for 7 to 10 minutes per side for well-done, or adjust time for your preferred doneness. I like to avoid pressing down with a spatula, as that squeezes out the juices. Once cooked, transfer the burgers to a plate and let them rest for a couple of minutes so the flavors settle. Serve them on keto-friendly buns or lettuce wraps with your favorite low-carb toppings.
